Returns & Refund Policy

At HNO Collectives, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in delivering quality products and providing excellent service.

Because many of our products are custom-made or produced on demand, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selections
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Preference changes
  • Accidental orders

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors
  • Contacting your local carrier
  • Verifying the shipping address provided during checkout

If you continue to experience issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before production begins.

Because many items enter production shortly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
