Thank you for shopping with HNO Collectives. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that many of our products are made to order. Production times may vary slightly during peak seasons, promotions, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select products. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, HNO Collectives may be unable to modify the shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, HNO Collectives is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier inquiry when appropriate.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
